How OpenLooper works

OpenLooper pulls data, both treatments and glucose values, from the your NightsScout site (Url you enter in the setting screen). If you also enter an access token you’ll be able to use the Action and Calculator screens to record both insulin and carbs eaten to your Night Scout site. The download data is stored locally within OpenLooper on your device.

Your Personal Infomration

None of your NightScout or other data is shared with us in anyway.

We do not collect any personal data, such as your name, location, contact details.

We do not collect any personal data from you device, such as your files, listen to your microphone, or use your camera.

We do collect Usage Data from OpenLooper on your device.

  • The Usage Data includes both data on how you use OpenLooper and error reports.
  • The Usage Data includes a drived unique device identifier
  • The Usage Data is only used to improve the quality of service.
  • The Usage Data is only accessible to those speicifically working on improving OpenLooper.
  • In the event that OpenLooper becomes no longer avilable all of the Usage Data will be destoried
